Our Services

Sourcing, Packing and Loading

We are a farmers collective and can source all rice, millets, pulses, spices, condiments, and cold pressed oils from within our 500+ Farmer community.

Processing, Packing and Loading

You will deliver the raw material and the bags to our unit. We will fumigate, process (grains such as rice) to make it export quality, and pack and load them into the container.

Support for your Logistics needs

We have solid experience working with CHAs and Customs, we can assist you with the Customs clearance at the origin and the destination ports.

Our Standard Operating Procedure

Receiving Raw material and Inspection

We receive the raw material and have a 2 step inspection process. We inspect for pests and beetles through random sampling and then scrutinize the moisture content of the raw material before accepting the raw material.

Safe Storage in Container

We have a domesticated 20’ container that is permanently stationed in our unit. All inspected and approved raw material are safely stored in the Container.

Fumigation and Pest control

We do the fumigation in the closed container which makes the process very effective when compared to the cover fumigation.

Aspiration

Cleaning the raw material and removal of particles such as dust and husks.

De-stoning

Further cleansing of the raw material to remove dirt, small stones and other foreign particles to make export quality produce.

Export Packing

We have one of the best stitching machines and have an automatic guiding system to ensure quality and consistent stitches on bags.

Finished Goods Storage

The Finished goods are neatly and securely stored in a designated until the time of loading.

Container loading

We have a vast loading zone and we are able to load both 20’ and 40’ feet containers comfortably in our loading zone.

A capacious 4000sq.ft. A facility that is equipped to process and pack food produce for exports to the USA, UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia. We have separate machineries to process white and red/black rice to de-risk the mixing of rice varieties.

Certified facility

We are a ISO 22000:2018 certified facility. Approved plant quarantine facility for USA. We have a very well defined Standard Operating Procedure to deal with export packing. We maintain the facility in pristine conditions.

Quality and hygiene

We hold the highest standards for a facility that processes food produce. We inspect the raw material for pests and beetles. We check the moisture content of produce before accepting it for processing. We have an automatic guiding system to ensure consistent stitches on bags.

We deliver the export produce to your warehouse at the destination country, which includes supporting your customs clearance at the origin and the destination ports.
